Entertaining video, but not what I had hoped. Instead of running over it again and again - which I’ll never do with my Jeep - I wish they hit it with heaver and heaver sledgehammer/force - which is something I may do with my Jeep.

Anyway, I still like the covers and have them on order.

 

 

I just got mine in the mail (UPS guy knows where I live now) and I'm thinking about painting mine redrock to match the body

 

I like the ARB also

 

I like the ARB's but you can buy a lot of paint for $60 per cover...

 

ARB's sure have a lot of flat 90 degree surface area to catch on rocks and stuff.
And is that a drain plug I see down at the bottom screaming hit me hit me?

 

What kind of paint do you use to paint these? I'm looking to paint them just black, but anything special?

Rust-Oleum:

 

I used RustOleum too - Black with Almond lettering. Almond left over from touching up the house coolers and black because, well, it's black.

Slight hijack - those Rancho control arm skids? Like 'em?

Back to my Riddlers:

 

I haven't put a lot of hurt to them yet (just some hits on the edges), so I don't know how they'll hold up to a solid smack.
