Default RIde differenece between tire size

I am currently running 35X12.50 and I am thinking about moving to either

34 or 35" tall
and
12.50 or 11.50 for width

anybody running anything like that?

Huh? I'm confused. Presently running 35's and considering 35's?

running 35x12.50 thinking of going to a narrower tire like a 35x10.50 or 11.50

or maybe 34s

I am wanting to get away from some of that large tire float (and weight).

What air pressure are you running in you 35x12.50's? I've got 35" KM2's and I'm running 28 psi. The shop that installed them had about 40 psi and they rode like rocks. At max air pressure these 35x12.50's can support a lot of weight but we don't have that much weight so can lower pressure substantially.

X2 on this.

You are not going to notice that much of a difference with a 1in in either direction. My first guess would be your tire pressure is too high.

x3

airpressure will help with ride, but how wide of a rim are you running?

that made a difference in ride..I took the 15x10s off and put 15x8s, i prefere the 8s, little more sidewall flex, to me was a nicer ride, and stayed on the bead better when aired down,

but that also depends on your own personal pref in ride quality

I am running 16 x 8 inch wheels at around 30 - 32 pounds of pressure.
