Default Ride quality with 37's on a 2dr

For those of you with 37's....I am about to swap a guy my 35's for his 37's.

How is the ride on 37's? How much is MPG affected if at all? Obviously, I have to regear and have my gussets welded on.

any regrets going to 37's?

Well I would imagine that the ride quality could vary from person to person given the type of tire, air pressure, shocks, springs, blah blah blah.
But I run toyo 37x13.5x17s on my two door w/SJ 4" lift, bilsteins, at 30psi (up to 36 on long highway trips) and 5.38 gears. I think it rides just great! Oh and I think they are load range E. Gussets? Well you could do without (I've heard) but I did mine anyhow - evo c2s

Yeah, I have the EVO gussets also and would upgrade to the 5.38's. I am a little nervous about it, but love the look of 37's on the 2 door.

I am with you on the look! And it performs well so far.

Nothing to be nervous about. Just have to remember your setups limitations and wheel/drive it accordingly. Haven't had any trouble with mine yet.

Some pics from my last (and very first trip): http://www.flickr.com/photos/neiper/...7629355703270/

Yep I was nervous but had a great time.

My 37" KM2's ride better than my 35" MTR's, softer...mpg sucked before and it sucks now. Sleeved and gussetted, 5:13 gears.
