Default Right Side Kick Panel
I'm getting ready to install a Painless Wiring Circuit block and am planning on putting it on the right hand side kick panel. Does anyone know what is behind that panel? Just sounds like sound deadening material between there and the fender.

Any clues from looking as to the locations of those wires. Don't want to drill into them or cause chaffing.
