Rim / Tire Newbie Question

Rim / Tire Newbie Question
Hello All,
I just bought my first Jeep...08 2-Dr Sahara Rescue Green.
I really like the look of the Rockstar Rims. The smallest I see them in is 18x9. Will I be able to wrap them in 33s & get away without having to install a lift? In all honesty, it's just my daily driver. I'm really not looking at taking it off road that much. Will this be ok for my daily commute? Is there a tire anyone would recommend? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
