Thats a loaded question. Do you want street tires, all terrain tires, Mud terrain tires. What kind of lift are you getting. What size tires are you going to go with.
Without knowing these facts I would say go with the Goodyear Duratracs. A great multipurpose tire.

I didn't think there was that much selection in 18" jeep tires...the 17" size seems far more popular.

I would consider getting 17" rims if I were you. 17" tires are considerably cheaper than 18" tires.

I am running Mickey Thompson MTZs. Tires is a tough question to anwer. I was out with my jeep club over the weekend and no two jeeps had the same set of tires. As previously stated there are a lot of variables and most tires have some trade offs for terrain/noise/street handling and only you can decide what is best for you.

In general, Toyo are good though pricey, KM2s and Duratracs are good. I like Coopers - the STT is a good tire. Mickey Thompson is a Cooper brand. I also like Nitto Trail Grapplers. The Terra Grapplers look good for an AT, but that's not my cup of tea, my preference is for something more aggressive.

Being a daily driver I would go with 16 or 17 inch rims and Duratracs.

Like the choice of Wheels you are looking at as that is the direction I would like to go.. I have the Nitto Trail Grapplers and love them in everything but slick/ icy conditions. I live in Colorado though so I'm pretty confident in this stuff so it doesn't bother me.

I understand the 18" wheel choice as thats all they offer at XD it seems like. I am running a 295/70R18 (34.6" x 11.5") tire size.. compared to a 35"x12.5" (which actually measures out at 34.8" in the nittos.. Other than the issue with ice I hardly know these are bigger MT tires. They give a little vibration from the nobs between 0-5 mph but thats all.. no noise difference from stock. They are a lot heavier than stock though 74 lbs vs 42 lbs i believe. there is a thread on here where everyone has posted reviews on tires, search for it.

More than willing to answer more questions, just have to be more specific on what you need..

Oh, and just lift it while you're at it.. I have a 2.5" Teraflex and I lost about 1.5 mpg and only a little power.. Its worth it. if you have no automotive experience ask just post on here in you're area and someone will help with the install. thats what I did.

let me know what else you need.

I would suggest 17's with a larger tire. The cost bewtween 17 and 18 inch tires seems to me to be a big jump
