I doubt what you're experiencing in actual "death wobble", but probably just some pretty extreme vibrations caused by the worn out tires. I know when my original tires finally reached the end, they started to vibrate pretty badly above 50 mph due to the wear pattern on them. One set of new tires later, everything is good again.

You can have the wheels and tires balanced and that might take care of it, but if you're able to tell that they're cupped in the middle already then it's probably not worth the money. You need new tires.

The death wobble will just happen out of nowhere, you would be driving and hit a small littlle bump or pothole and your Jeep will feel like the wheels are falling off! Have you ever turned onto a dirt road to fast and hit those chatter bumps as we call them? you know the ones that feel like it is going to vibrate you right off the road and the only way to stop those violent vibrations is to almost come to a complete stop ! Scary as hell when it happens on the highway (been there) If this isnt what you are feeling then you need new tires.

Yeah it's pretty bad i cant go over 60mph if i even make it that fast then i have to slow down to 10mph to stop it i got my friend to drive next to me and look at my tires to tell me wht they were doing he said he didn't feel safe driving next to me in his 2013 jku just in case my front axle decided to fly out and hit his jeep lol

Couple of things to check, you say had a hard time seating the wheel on the hub, make sure all 4 are completely flat against the hubs, and also that if there are any retainer clips on the lugs remove them, a lot of times those will be on autos with Steele wheels and not let an aluminum wheel sit flush against the hub, also could have a bent wheel being they are used, lastly as others have said, may be crap tires, one or may may be separated, flat spotted or just out of round.
