Default ripp charger question

I bought a rips supercharger kit used. During shipping some of the fluid leaked out. How do you check the fluid level on the blower? Oh its a v3(don't know if it matters)

Default Use dipstick

There are 3 brass allen head plugs on top of the charger housing if you look at it as if it were mounted on the engine the one on the left or inner is the dipstick.Remove it and it has a dipstick attached.
