I just had a set of Ripp long tube headers installed yesterday. I am curious if anyone else who has made this mod ran into any problems getting the right side factory heat shield installed back over the header tubes?

The left side went on easy. Looks like it was made to fit there. The right side was much more difficult. The tube on the right side shoot out horizontally much further than the left. The left side angles downward almost immediately. Not the case on the right. We tried to trim up the heat shield but still could not get it to fit.

Anyone out there able to get theres on? If so, could you describe what you did or post a picture?

Love the headers by the way. Glad I made the purchase.
