RK 3.5 inch or Teraflex 3 inch
For me, this was easy. RK all the way. I have run my 3.5 suspension with 35's and now 37's for over 2 years and I am totally and completely satisfied. I run the Fox 2.0 shock. Very nice ride on the road, killer performance off road. Super heavy duty components and a lifetime warranty.

What's Ive found with my 3.5" RK lift and my JKUR is that it is pretty much close to the 3.5" that it states. 2 doors see a lot more lift but a heavy 4 doow with steel bumbers and winches will have it settle nicely to the stated size. Max lift you will probably see when properly equipped is 4".
Looking at a buddy's Jeep that has the 3" TF, we seem to be just about the same height. TF generally runs taller from what I can tell so i don't think the height difference should be the deciding factor. Both companies make great lifts and you can't go wrong with either. What i can say is that my RK lift is a bit noisy at times and rides a little stiffer overall than my older TF lift. However, off-road it's a beast and peforms awesome.
One interesting thing is I've always run Bilstein shocks but I borrowed my brother in law's jeep the other day running a TF lift and TF shocks and the drive seemed so much nicer than mine. Definite difference in the way the shocks road. I actually liked the softer feel of the TF shocks over the Bilsteins...

I was looking at this same two lifts. (My goal was to come as close To a 3.5" lift as possible)
From the research I did the RK was going to give me more then 4" which was more then I wanted. I called and asked about the RK lift also and got pretty much the same answer. It should settle out at ~4"
I ended up with the Teraflex 3" full flex (8 adjustable CA) and Rancho 7000 shocks. I ended up with 3.75" in the front and 3.5" in the rear. I have about 5000 miles on it and so far like it the ride is very good
If the research on the RK would have told me <4" I would have gone with it. And maybe over time it Would have.
I think you can't go wrong with either.

Yea. Thanks for the input guys. I def wanted to check into the mid arm kit with just LCAs. Going to be mostly daily driving and be my weekend warrior. I figured if I need the extra umph id upgrade and grab the UCAs down the road as well as the newer track bars etc.
