Default Rk rear upper arms

Just had an 8 arm alignment done and the rear uppers are not the same length. Is this normal?

Can you post up a picture of the alignment print out? It is possible to have to set them to a slightly different length to get the correct thrust angle. Every jeep is a little different.

With out the numbers it is hard to tell if it is set up correctly or not. Did you have it done at a reputable shop? Does it wander or pull at all?

4 wheel parts... In Raleigh ... No wandering or shaking . Again it is the rear uppers so i don't know what they affect... I would just expect everything to be even . Especially for a $300 alignment that took 3.5 hours

I can tell you my wheel base is now 118 vs 116 but pinion angle is perfectly in line with t-case so 5*... But rear pinch see is off 3 5/8" drive to 3 1/8" passenger.

sounds like everything is aligned, and the difference in length is basically there to balance it. im not a professional mechanic but common sense says if it drives great and everything is kosher, then its the way it is for a good reason

Rear uppers will play a role in pinion angle and thrust angle. If it drives well I wouldn't worry about it. If your still concerned you can always go back and ask them to put it up on the rack and scan the alignment again so they can give you a print out. It shouldn't take more than 15 minutes to a half hour to set it up and get the numbers.

Default Rk rear upper arms

How do your coils look ? Your pinion angle inline maybe too much. Are You running a double carden rear shaft?
Control arms won't always be the same lengths.
Lowers are set first for wheelbase and then uppers for pinion. Arms adjusted so there's no bind. If the uppers end up at different lengths .. So be it. It's actually hard to tell in the pics. Who's to say the body isn't further adjusted up on one (lengths the same) ?
I agree with the rest ... We have to see alignment sheet.
