When I installed it I lined it up center did my first off road test today noticed it pivoted towards the rear. On the passenger side do I need to re adjust it ? Newer to the off toad scene thanks

Most definitely adjust it. If you leave it like that things will bind and that is when things break.

You probably want to check how light you actually made the jam nut.
