Default Rock crawler triple rated coil springs

I currently have a 4” lift installed in my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. Looking to replace the front coil springs for better ride/ appearance. Notice that the rock crawler triple rated coil springs only come in 1/2” increments (ex. 3.5” 4.4”) Was recommended these coil springs but not sure if I could swap out. Any advice appreciated thank you

Whose coils do you have now? How much measured lift height did you receive? Are you prepared to tear it apart a second time to add a small leveling spacer if you guess wrong?

If you don't know where you're at, maybe start with the diagram showing the stock height specs and see if you can figure out where you are currently at -- before jumping into which mfg's coil might get you close to leveling the jeep with another company's rear coils.

One thing I'd say about RK is their powder coating used to suck. No clue if they've made major improvements or not, but up in the northeast that would be something to consider.

As someone who has RK long arms in NJ, the powdercoating sucks. The arms are from 2015 or so so maybe there have been improvements since, but yikes. One day when I redo the joints I will have them recoated.

Edit: according to the above diagram, I am at 2" of lift. With the hard top and doors on. I'll measure again in the summer. Neat!

Yeah, I have no idea how accurate those stock height diagrams might be across all JK models/years. But they have been floating around the site for a long while and are at least a place to start when comparing lift heights. And to my way of thinking at least, when trying to match coil heights from different companies, another data point is better than relying on just a stated coil height and hoping.

Well, I can certainly report back in a few weeks! I ordered a new set of the 3.5 coils for the front and rear just yesterday. I've had their old, non triple rate springs on my Jeep for over 7 years now, so they seem to have settled quite a bit after adding weight and wheeling. Was just looking to maybe get a little height back and on the plus side...improve the ride with the triple rate. Can't say that I've noticed any issues with the powdercoating in that time though. I'm running the 3.5 X-Factor and the arms and springs still look fine, with the exception of where I've slammed into or slid over rocks.

Just FYI, after searching different vendors extensively...I found the best deal on them shipped through 4WD.com. $340.99 shipped and that doesn't include the $12 I got back from Rakuten.

To be fair, we have it pretty easy here where we are. Seen so many nightmare rust pics from the northeast . Curious what the coating on the new springs looks like though.

True story! I’ll snap a couple of pics before I put them on.
