Rock Krawler 2.5" vs Tera Flex 2.5"
I was getting ready to order my 2.5" Rock Krawler Stock Mod lift today and then get the adjustable lower control arms in a couple weeks when I get the extra $280, also getting the Bilstein 5100 shocks. I contacted Dave from Northridge 4x4 and he is telling me that the Rock Krawler kits are very incomplete and the Tera Flex 2.5 system is the most complete kit. It seems to me that Rock Krawler kit is more complete, it comes with the quick disconnects and a front adjustable track bar. The TF kit doesn't have either of these. Is there something I am missing or do I need to reconsider the TF kit? Also I'm getting mixed replies on the 1.5" wheel spacer, I'm running stock rims and tires for the first year and don't know for sure if I need them, what do you guys think?
I'm personally going with the RK 2.5in system over this summer just because from what i have seen it is more complete. Now that does'nt go to say that the Teraflex kit is bad, its just that IMO i think the RK kit is better.
About the wheel spacers, you are not going to need them running stock tires, but if you do go to a wider tire you are going to need them on stock wheels. hope that helps

I recently put on the RK stock mod and for what it is worth the only things I ordered with it was bumpstops. I did this because I figured it was easiest to put them on while I had the springs out. I have already ordered the front lower control arms, althought I would say that it drives great without them. I also ordered the rear adjustable sway bar links, I am just slowly building it up to the flex kit. To me, I really like how easy it is to add to the RK kit.
No wheel spacers needed, I still have some stock rubicon take-offs on with no issue, besides they look a little small on it, which is a good thing because I have new wheels and 35s coming this week.

Thought of 2 more questions, with the RK 2.5" Stock Mod, will I need to add extended brake lines in front or rear? Also how easy are the quick disco's are there any special tools need to disconnect?
How complete the kit is would be way down on my priority list. Quality and design come first. Each kit maker seems to focus on different features. Some include shocks that are tuned to the springs; others just recommend a shock. Some include control arms and/or track bars in various combinations, others don't. There is plenty of variety to choose from. If you read the details, each kit maker explains why they think the parts they provide are important.
Does the kit include the design features and components that are important to you? You can always add a few parts if needed, but a design philosophy that doesn't match your expectations will always be the wrong kit no matter how much it includes.

The bumpstops help keep from over flexing and bashing your wheels into your fenders. you should decide how large of bumpstops you need by you wheel/tire combo.
I didn't extend my brakelines, that will also depend on your driving style and how much you are going to be flexed. I did put an extended brakeline bracket on front and back, but have not checked them at full flex yet. the brackets are really simple and could be made.
The disco's require no special tools, you just pull the pin.
I have a 2010 and no need for exhaust spacers on it, not sure about the 2012.

Looks like I'm going to go with the 2.5" Stock Mod lift, get the exhaust spacer (pretty sure I need that with the 12') and continue to upgrade that as cash comes available to the Flex Mod (front and rear lower sway bars, etc.) Hopefully it doesn't take too long to come in. Hopefully I'll be ordering tomorrow.
