RK lists what you need on their website at the bottom of the page for each kit.

That's a great choice! Been running the 3.5" X Factor with Bilstein 5100s for about 2 months now and I absolutely love it! Rides so much nicer than stock!

I would strongly recommend adding the Ultimate High Steer Kit to finish off your lift!!

Is only a front DS necessary for this kit?

Do yourself a favor and order a bumper tire carrier asap for that 35 wont wear your tailgate hinge. The worn hinge will make your gate rattle, it sucks. It happened to me on my 08.

I have this lift and love it. Rides pretty good (once you get an alignment or do it yourself). You'll most likely need a front driveshaft. I did after about 4 months of driving with the stock one, I found I had finally ripped the boot and was loosing grease. With 3.5" it's only a matter of time.

I'd also recommend getting a good steering stabilizer.

If you purchase the High Steer Kit from RK, it relocates the steering stabilizer above the Tire Rod, you can actually see it in one of my pictures...
