Question Rock rails opinions?

Looking to buy some aftermarket rails to replace the factory installed on my new Rubicon. Basically I want something that will help me prevent door dings and maybe secondarily act as a bit of a step for my short friends (girlfriend). I originally bought the factory side steps they put on the Sahara not realizing that installing them meant removing the factory rock rails. So I'm looking for opinions on the best aftermarket rails that can both serve to protect and use as a kind of side step.

actually, i really like the mopar rubi rails with tube sides. they do exactly what you are looking for, have a great fit and work surprisingly well. if you are looking for maximum clearance and strength, the pure jeep body mounted rockers are hard to beat. and, if you are looking for something that bolts up to the body, both the shrockworks and LoD's are a great pic as well.

While they are nice they stop at the pinch seem. If your going to drill into the body, You might as well go all out with the Purejeep formed rockers. They protect the tub complete and stop at the frame

this is a really nice step. I like these so much, i'll be mounting them on my new rubicon

I'm kinda tossing this one around myself, some pics would really be cool.
Thanks in advance!

hmmm.... with those welded up, they will look like the Shrockworks, but the Shrockworks mounts are beefy (to the FRAME)

Here are the mopar enhanced rails. Pay no attention to the lack of fenders. The painted ones have been replaced with black plastic take-offs. But this pic gives a nice shot of the entire rail.

The A to Z Fab rails are a good choice , but they do stick out almost as far as the fenders, which is great while parked at the mall.

X2 On the PJ sliders! They are hard to beat in terms of strength, clearance, maximum protection, and of course, most importantly, LOOKS!
