Default Rock Sliders Body mount or frame mount?

Im in the process of making some homemade sliders. Should I have them mount to the frame or body? They are going to end up looking like the mopar ones just 3/16 2" square tubing. Is there an advantage to either one? Thanks a bunch!

That style should be mounted to the frame.

Go with frame mount, it's stronger than body mount (only as strong as the body)
