I'm really digging the LOD sliders. They look like they would be good for sliders and also serve as a step too. PJ and Shrockwork would be my next choices.

I love the Lod but they are not good for mud trails which I do most of the time. Once the mud gets into them it will be very hard to wash etc but for your condition rocky trails they are perfect and good looking.
I really like the Red Rock Fab but cant post the pics as they are not the sponsors over here,

I vote Treks sliders. Wasn't a choice but I thought I'd toss it out.
No body drilling, strong mounts, they can come with a tilted up step as a rock guard, and the lower portion wraps right around to the frame, and at that point they can integrate into skidplates. And you mentioned mud, I emailed them months ago and asked about hole-sawing a few more drain-holes. They said as long as I didn't get carried away it shouldn't overly decrease the strength of the plated portion
I'll toss up the 2DR pics as they show the step.

Other than the Treks, I like the look of the PJs (I have both their bumpers and love them), but I'm not a big fan of drilling body holes. We get lots of salt on or roads up here and that's eventually just going to help the ol' rust get going. River Raider makes some too - likely won't help with mud though.
