Rocker guards.... what style to go with?

i don't know from experience that they squeak - it's just one of the complaints that i read somewhere that was one of the factors i based my decision on. the ACE would stick out further than the smittys that hug the body but probably about the same distance as the smittys with the step

My smittys don't squeak and correct me if I'm wrong but don't the ace rails stick out more?
