I got it two days ago, and put it on last night. Install was pretty easy, I think it took longer to get the stock bumper off than to put the new one on.

A couple of snags I ran into... For some reason I was shipped the wrong bolts, they didn't fit the nuts or washers I was given. I changed them out for high strength carriage bolts, and they look better anyway. Was an unexpected expense, and Rockhard sent a cryptic message back when I emailed about it. So I'm not 100% satisfied on the customer service.

Second snag is the factory fog lights. I haven't messed around with them much, as far as running the wiring, but it'll require some tweaking. Any suggestions on how to stretch the wires to make them reach would be appreciated.

Overall it's a good looking bumper, very solid, great powder coat... Now I have to get a winch.

x2 on the bolt and fog light issue.

I got and installed mine yesterday. The install was easy, well minus the bolt issue. I just filed the holes a little bit and turned the factory tow hooks upside down. It doesn't look as sleek as it would with just the bolts but I like the looks of it this way.

I would appreciate some input on the fog light wiring too, I was actually looking for a write up when I found this thread.

It's been a while since I installed mine but as I recall all I had to do was cut the factory wires and splice in an extension of the appropriate length. As I recall I soldered the conenctions and slipped a previously installed heat shrink tubing over the connections and hit them with the wifes hair dryer. You could probably us but connections and then wrap them in electrical tape or use heat shrink tubing.

Put my RH front bumper on in early Feb. Absolutely love it! Chuck45 is right... just do a simple splice on the wires for the fogs. On my Jeep, the wires reached for the passenger side light, so I only had to splice in the extension on the driver's side.

I called Rockhard yesterday and spoke to somone about the foglight issue. He told me that I wouldn't need to splice the wires that I just needed to route them to the outside of the frame rails. I went back out and scratched my head for a good long time, fought with the wiring harnesses a while longer then called him back. I finally ended up flipping one of the fog lights over so the plug faced to the inside of the bumper and then discovered that you could simply cut the tape off of the plastic sheath over the wires on the passenger side at the place where a set of wires cross over from the driver's side to form a T. If you pull the wire out of the sheath you should gain enough slack to connect both of the lights without splicing the wires. In all honesty after all my failed attempts to find a way to do it, I did about 3 times the work it would have taken to splice the wires, but I like that there is less risk of a loose connection or short.

Sorry if my explaination isn't very clear but I can tell you that it is alot better than I got from RH. Love their product, but wish the instructions and tech support were a little more detailed.
