I need to pick one up, what are the pros and cons to either of them? Thanks!

Plenty have asked this. It all comes down to preference. They have different connectors. Both function the same, and have nearly the same hardware.
One is cheaper.

Also, almost all you're going to get are people who bought one and say why they bought theirs.

Yes.

I went OR-Fab because of the optional floor mount kit. I have a total of five 3/8" stainless bolts on each side of the pinch seam, along with the floor mount. Versus the rock hard i believe has 3?

Neither is a bad choice, just was my preference.
