Might actually be something that's home-made...

Could be they discontinued it. I know it used to be on the rotopax site but is gone now. Did you check the new spare tire mount out?

Here you go.

RotopaX Mounts / Hardware

I have been considering the same ones by may actually go with the spare tire mount instead of the strap around the tire.

This was RotopaX's old spare mount. They have a new one out now that has a plate that mounts behind the spare. htt p://www.rotopax.com/Tire-Mount.html

I was looking at them myself before I had a tub fabed to hold 3 - 4 gallon containers. I was a bit uneasy about having fuel strapped on to the spare. Which is why I went with a bolt on tub type concept for my bumper/tire holder.
