Default Rotopax Creative Mounting Ideas

Besides mounting to the tailgate / tire, does anybody have pics of other places in or on their jeeps that you've mounted a Rotopax setup?

Too bad it looks like it can only handle one tank - not worth it for only a gallon or so. Looks very cool though.

I am going to mount mine to the inside of the tailgate. Out of the way, dry, and secured under my cargo deck cover (if I ever actually buy one)

Enclosed space and gasoline, what could go wrong? Maybe I'm just a bit of a pessimist though.

Be very careful about that mounting. A good friend of mine did that, got rear ended and covered the entire inside of his 3 month old jeep with gas. Had to replace carpet and seats after thoroughly washing the whole jeep with soap and water. Yes it's a slight possibility but he would tell you never do it!

You're welcome. It looks pretty nice but it is pricey for such a small amount of fuel. I have seen them mounted on roof racks also. That's not a bad way to go for general off roading but obviously putting weight up high is not preferable. Pluses and minuses to everything.
