Default rough country 2.2 shocks

any one have any contact info on the rough country lifts. i have a shock on the front that the threads stripped and it won't tighten. i have emailed some tech people off the web sight and no response yet. i just want to replace it even if i have to buy it but dont know where to find individual sales for the 2.2 shocks. any help would be appreciated!

there is a number to contact them on the website thats how i got in touch with them, never had an issue contacting them

Call them, they have great customer service if you call. I have never gotten any response from sending them emails.

Do these things help improve the ride at all? I'm assuming they have the bushing problem fixed by now? I'm thinking of going with a teraflex 2.5" lift and getting these shocks to go with it since I havn't heard to much good about teraflex's shocks.
