Rough Country??
Anyone out there have or tried a Rough Country either 1 3/4" or the new 2.5" lift?
Another novice question. Why would the TerraFlex 2.5 lift need spacers and not the Rough Country 2.5?

If you are refering to wheel spacers, the TeraFlex kit provides new rear sway bar links and the link ends are big enough that they will make contact with your factory wheels. New wheels with less back spacing or wheel spacers are needed to prevent this.
As far as Rough Country lifts go, sorry, I do not have any experience with them but what I can tell you is that a budget boost is pretty much a budget boost and that's from experience

My personal experience w/Rough Country was a few years back... and it was not good...
I had a 1998 TJ, 4cyl,
I purchased a 4" RC lift, that had 4 springs, 4 shocks, 2 new lower control arms (Front), transfer case drop bracket, and... I think that was it...
In any case; the transfer case drop bracket holes did not line up with the ones in the frame, so I had to drill new ones (pain in the butt), the springs now had the jeep sit UNLEVEL not only front to back (it squatted in the back) but also side to side! the driver side was higher!
now this was several years ago; but when I called to complain they explained that there was nothing they could do...
I was not a happy camper...
My newest TJ uses Rock Krawler suspension parts, and I am actually quite happy with them, good product, good price, and a sweet warrenty, I actually cracked a pitman arm of their's, and had a new one shipped to me within a day!
