Hey, guys about a week ago i bought a rough country 3.25 inch lift kit. The main reason i bought this kit was because of the price point. I got it for $340 shipped from JCwhitney. I read so many good and bad reviews about RC but the price was just unbeatable. Well install was super easy and took about 3 hours total. (I have experience) honastly i can say the only thing im happy with is the look.. Otherwise im super disaapointed... The ride quality sucks... Theres way too much body roll, and my Jk is super bouncy on and offroad.. All i can say is you get what your payfor.. I will be uninstalling the lift and will be buying a RK 3.5 inch lift. So bumed..

Honastly it's OK definently what you pay for but still not happy. Will be dealing with rock krawler or teraflex soon! Also after only having the kit on for a week.. I've already spotted rust on the upper and lower shock mounts... Yippe

Yeah I agree and unfortunately made the same mistake with RC's 2.5 susp lift awhile back. You do get what you pay for. I do not understand the thinking behind some who say the ride is better over stock.. I will never use RC components again nor will I reccomend them to anyone even though it's affordable. Very bottom shelf. Good luck man!

yeah I think it's people being defensive over their choice of buying a cheezy low grade lift. I too liked the way RC's stuff looked, but the ride on and off road, shitty. My left rear coil began to sag so badly for no reason, two of the coil rings were smashed together touching. Now this week, I just replaced my RC adj front Track bar after less than 1.5 yrs of running it, and the cheap poly bushings and heim joint are completely worn blown out. I bought steering stblzrs from RC, first one blew in two weeks, no joke. Never got a response back from RC concerning this. Oh well, just learned the hard way, now sitting on top notch 3.5 lift I pieced together piece by piece.

I was gonna get the RC 2.5 lift my self. Like you said the price is right, but at first I heard a lot of great stuff but now with a little more research I found out its the opposite. I'm waiting, saving, and getting the tereflex lift. Seems like the quality is right. And hopefully I'll get what I pay for.

You can't go wrong with teraflex!
