There are several semi-recent threads on this lift, with lots of input. A quick search should locate them easily enough. Just depends on your expectations and usage. I personally am not in favor of paying for 'fixed' arms and brackets, but it was bought for you, so install and go enjoy. You can always swap out for adjustables later...

I have the lift and it seems to be ok for what I wanted. My only problem is as soon as I installed it it got death wobble, and no I am not saying its the lifts fault at all just the fact that I lifted the jeep. I had the alignment done and wheels balanced and that did not make any difference at all. Found alittle play in the track bar bracket on the axle and had grade 8 washers welded on and still have death wobble. So now I am back to square one and trying to decide if I need to remove the lift, and see if I still have death wobble. If so off to the dealership it goes.

Well my wife got the same lift for me for Christmas while I am here in Afghanistan. She took it and had it installed and guess what I have the same Problem. Here is a pic of mine. She is in the process of getting the wheels and tires bought for me before I come home.

I did a quick search however it turned up nothing. Maybe i just typed it in wrong. I plan on going with a teraflex monster forged adjustable trackbar. I'm hoping this will take care of any DW issues. I will probably swap our the fixed lower arms with adjustable ones or with lower arm drop brackets to keep the angles the same. Hopefully this kit will keep me happy other wise might just say screw it and go to a 6 inch long arm kit. I do mild off roading. I may also replace my ball joints since i am just over 40,000 miles. thank you for the pics. this forum has been a great tool for me. And Jrylb73 thank you for your service.

I have been looking at the teraflex monster track bar. Do I still need to use the front track bar bracket that came with the lift? What are the benefits of using the teraflex track bar over the stock track bar? Should I get a teraflex 9550 steering stabilizer?

Planman I just saw your post after posting a response. If I remove track bar bracket and the drop pitman arm and reinstall the one from the factory will the other item that needs to be replaced be the track bar? Will the teraflex moster be a good choice. I also understand that I may have damaged other items and this may not fix my problems. But it is a start. Been looking at the tera flex track bar and steering stabilizer all day.

I am running the RC 3.5" lift and for the money I dont think you can get a better a lift! I love it!!! Plus it helps that RC stands behind their products!

I just ordered the teraflex track bar from northridge. So it will be nice and slow until I get the track bar in.
