Default Rough Country Light control

Hopefully this hasn't been gone thru already: Has anyone jumped on the new Rough Country light controller yet? i.e. SPOD type unit. At $200 its tough to pass up, unless its a POS. Wonder about water proof switches, being able to change the rockers as well as being able to turn off switch backlighting.

Another forum has a couple of threads on it. Yes, you can change the switches, as these are standard Carling Contura-style rockers. They're IP67-rated, but I wouldn't advise trying them topless in a downpour. ;-)

The bottom backlighting stays on at all times. Some folks elsewhere were speculating about adding an interrupter switch to kill the backlighting.
