Default Rough Country Performance 2.2 shock upgrade

Hi folks,
I bought an 08 2 door about a month ago. It's on 35" bravo at's with what I think is 4" of rough country lift. Last week I noticed that the right rear shock leaked out. I called RC w/ the # and they said it was indeed a 4" shock and a replacement performance 2.2 shock runs about $50.
I thought of upgrading all of the shocks to something else. Any suggestions in a similar price range. I do a lot of on road highway driving but also a fair amount of light to moderate offroading.

Also, any suggestions for a good way to find out what all has been done in regards to the lift?

This my first jeep, first lifted vehicle, and first car where in I'm shelling out the dough. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

I hadn't thought of just changing out the rear shocks. Any downside or issues with doing that?

Around 60 a shock.
The teraflex shocks are noticeably better then the RC ones?

Just my , I run the RC 2.2 shocks and have been pleased with them for the cost. No issues here and I recommend if you're looking for a inexpensive upgrade.
