The X-flex joint is our version of a pivot joint, similar to a johnny joint.

should I grease up the polyurethane bushings before I install? if so what all should I grease? just completely cover all the polyurethane?

there is a threaded hole on both joints. the flex joint came with zerks preinstalled, but the other end did not. should I get some zerks for that end as well?

I have been reading up on what grease people are using on poly bushings and it looks like synthetic marine grease works the best. can I use this grease on both of my joints? im not sure if the flex end has Poly bushings or not.

how often should I grease my bushings? every oil change?

How many degrees of articulation are these rated for? I think some one said that johny joints were rated for 30 degrees of articulation in another thread.

Are you thinking about a long arm kit? I just looked under Rich's jeep (ohana trails) today and he had the heim at the body and a bushing at the axle for the lower control arms. He also had a bushing at the axle for his upper rear.....
