Default RR Stubby Bumper

Anyone know if there's a way to convert a RR non-winch bumper to accept a winch? Maybe cut the top and buy the winch plate? Or is there more of a difference than just that. Thanks

Would take some cutting and welding to do it right. The center section on the two are made differently.

You likely have no underlying structure to handle the load the winch places on the bumper, which could lead to failure of the bumper while winching.

You would be better off buying a winch bumper and selling the old one.

Alright, I thought that might be the case but of I always like to double check. Thanks!
