I am interested in this as well, is it three separate pieces? (front, rear seat, cargo area -for the unlimited) Does that leave the area under the seats exposed? I wouldn't be worried about filling the floor tubs up with water anymore with these

No, there are several pieces:

And it does leave a gap under the front seats.

Price-wise, I think it blows the bedlining away, but there are a few drawbacks to the mopar mats:

1: With the doors off, mine flap away. Maybe I didn't put the mats in the right sequence, but they tend to lift up at highway speeds.

2: Bedlining goes directly onto the floor pans. With these, you still need to worry about cleaning sand and dirt out from underneath, so they don't scratch up the "paint" and lead to rusting.

3: Bedlining will fit perfectly. I'm not sure how people deal with the wire looms, but a lot of people with the rubber floors have complained about fitment issues...

I like my rubber floors. Although, I've been toying with the idea of putting the carpet back in, for a cleaner look. we'll see though...

I like the look but it seems like bedlining would just be easier?

Lol... Not necessarily. To bedline: You'd need to remove the seats, the consoles, the trim molding... You need to go over the entire area to be lined with sand paper... then you have to mask off the areas you dont want sprayed....

It's not very easy at all!

I posted a thread not long ago about my Mopar rubber liner with pics of the front drivers side, wheel wells and the cargo area.

I'm happy with them so far. Have yet to ride topless with this liner installed, so we shall see.
