Rubbing issues with 4" with 37" What do i need to fix it?
I know this would happen but I was wondering what I need to do so I don't rub with a full load in my Jeep?
Sounds like my stock rear bumper is the part hitting the tire...will an aftermarket bumper fix that? Can I cut the corner off for a quick fix?
thanks in advance

I found one problem right here, remember someone telling me I need that cutted off

And here is the bumper pic

We need way more information to answer.
Completely fill in your Profile information with everything--including brands & all specs.
Also, please post some pictures of your JK at ride height, with the suspension flexed out, and in the areas where you believe there are clearance issues.
With that information; we can be much more helpful.

I now remember that I need to cut the metal near the front of the rear tires
What else do i need to do now?
Trim pinch seam in the rear (the so called metal near the front)
Trim rock rails in the rear (take about 3 inches off)
Remove that fake plastic thingy that bolts onto the bottom of your front bumper
Add steering stops if your tires rub at full turn
If your tires hit your fenders and you dont like it (or they hit them in a way that they could get damaged) then you need to get longer bumpstops
Thats it
First off, that is a real nice looking Jeep!

2. what part is the rock rail?
3. Would i need a bumpstop if i am getting a studdy aftermarket front bumper?
I'm try to find somewhere to flex tomorrow too

Whether or not you need bumpstops would be up to you. If your tires stuff in a bit too close for your comfort at full flex you may want longer bumpstops thats all.... I dont think your bumpers have much to do with bumpstops, but maybe some....
One last thing I have heard that cutting the pinch seam could cause leaks in the tub??? About half the people on here pound it in (bend it over). I did that with mine. If you cut yours you can fill it with JB weld, ive heard of people doing that.
