Default Rubbing the wrong way!

I was under the jeep this past weekend doing some more stuff and noticed that the right rear coil spring rubs the trackbar. Also looks like it might be bowed a bit - still need to confirm. Anyhow, how do you correct something like this? Need a different trackbar, longer control arms, or what? The rear UCAs are adjustable but figured they were adjusted for the benefit of the drive shaft. Any one have this problem and a solution? Thanks.

Pretty common with 2 drs. Rock krawler sells shims to help fix the bowing. My choice is the JKS adjustable spring mounts, allows ya to straighten springs without dropping pinion angles. I did it over a year ago with no issues. Hope this helps

Default bow in rear coils

i had the same issue yesterday. i picked up a '10 2dr with a RK2.5 max travel lift in it a month or so ago. took it wheeling last week and yesterday while doing a little PM i noticed a bow in the rear coils. drivers side coil actually resting on the trackbar bolt. i called up RK...they were very helpful. gave me 3 courses of action for my problem.
1-make sure the little pigtail at the bottom of the rear spring is at the rear
2-rear axle should be centered
3-check pinion angle and lengthen LCAs
so out to the jeep i go. i look at the springs and immediately notice the pigtail things are not where they should be. so i disconnected my swaybar and shocks, jacked up each side and put the springs in their correct orientation. as soon as i lowered the jeep they were dead straight.. they must have rotated on me while wheeling.
i guess some spring retainers are in order here
im not sure if this will help your issue but sounds similar and something to check

Thanks for the tips! Looks like I'll be going with the shims I think. But gotta call jks first to check compatability.

Just my .02...I started out with the wedges and it wasn't enough to fix the issue. I went with the JKS's and fixed the problem for good. The only thing is you have to be willing to cut off the factory axle mounts.

Hope this helps...
