yes, it will fit just as your 272 does.....

if you do rock crawling enough to benefit from a 4:1, it would be worth it in my opinion but that is all up to you.....

Where would you guys recommend buying one from?

Would I need to change anything else out besides the TC?

How much do you think it would cost?

Absolutely. With my 4:1 and a manual, I'd need to be in 3rd or so to have the ratio of the other case in low/first. I'd have to crunch numbers to see which for sure, but I'd say it's about that much difference.

You will feel a big difference, anytime in the past you felt you were bouncing off the rocks. Gassing it to get over something but riding the brakes so you dont fly over it...those are the situations you will notice it the most.
