Rubicon Express and ARB help a brotha out!
After searching for the right lift kit, I've finally decided to go with the Rubicon express 3.5 standard kit w/o shocks
Now here is my dilema, I have a 2012 2 door jk so i wanted to go with a kit thats going to be literally plug and play without any issues as result of the exhaust.. Rubicon express told me that if i were to go with their monotube shocks that i would be in the clear and shouldn't have any issues at all. After doing some research i decided that i actually wanted to go with the ARB OME NITROCHARGER SPORT shocks. Now the RE lift is a 3.5" lift and the only shocks that OME has to offer are 2-2.5" or the 4"-6" shocks
On the RE website it states : 2012 Vehicles with 3.5" lift that DO NOT use our recommended shocks will require a driveline modification
Now i don't mind eventually doing the drive line modification, but how long could i go without it? and which size shock would be most appropriate to add to my 3.5 lift?
I'm not going to be doing insane krawling, mainly cruising and occasional mild off roading maybe once every 4 months.
