Default Rubicon Express Super

Tell me about your install experience with the Rubicon Express 3.5" Superflex kit.

I've finally made up my mind to order it along with a pair of Tom Woods shafts for my JK Unlimited.

Were there any suprises/gliches with the install?

Nope, no suprises.
Other then having to cut one bolt to remove the stock front upper control arm, it was pretty straight forward and easy to bolt on.

BTW, Im in the process of removing mine right now and putting it up for sale.
It was only used for 6 months and Im going to start out asking $1200 with the RE tuned Bilstein shocks

No, I never had any issues with the esp.
Some people have, but you just need to make sure the steering wheel is perfectly straight and the caster angles are right and you shouldnt have any problems.
If you do, Ive heard the dealer can adjust the esp sensitivity so it doesnt go off all the time.

I installed mine on my 08 2dr and the only issue I had was having to drill out the front sway bar holes to accept the new disconnects. That was some hardened steel... Went through two 1/2" bits and an old electric drill. Other than that, just make sure you take your time and start early in the morning. Center your wheel and you will not have any ESP problems.

It is an awesome kit. Easy to install in your driveway. You will have a lot of old parts when you are finished....
