Default Rubicon Locker Mod Question

So, I've been searching and reading rubicon locker mod threads for a while now and it's obviously desirable to use your lockers in 4hi or even 2hi. My question is, can you alter the stock relay or harness to somehow just actuate the lockers in all gear ranges with the stock switch? I don't really want aftermarket locker switches in addition to the stock one, and I've never needed to lock the front only. Can I just cross some wires or ground a wire or something? I don't care if the lights blink as long as the lockers are engaged. Sorry if this is posted somewhere else.

I understand that the superchips flashpac will let you use the lockers in 4 Hi.

That is correct. Although I haven't done it yet.

i was wondering if the lockers use some sort of relays as well.. now i know its all computer controlled. It wouuld be nifty to have complete control of the lockers in all gears.

So when you do the mod with the switches are you completely bypassing the stock switch or do you still have to activate the stock one before the installed switches will work?

The factory switch still works like it always did. only in 4low. The aftermarket switches will turn on the lockers, but the display in the dash blinks because the computer thinks there is something wrong, like the lockers should not be engaged, but they are.

The factory switch does not have to be turned on for the aftermarket switch to work.
