Ruby Axles?
So i may have a set of Rubicon axles w/locks and all tha will be going in my jeep. Im not sure yet but theres a good chance.
My question is, i have heard that some people have problems trying to put ruby axles in sahara/x models. What is the problems people are running into here? Is it not a good idea to go down that path? And can i still use the stock switch/wring harness? or would i have to get all new after-market stuff to wire it since the computer is not flashed or whatever to run it?
thanks for the info guys!
Also, im sure a post like this already has been brought up somewhere, if so, i apologize and please link the link
thanks again

Not sure what problems people are having. I just bought a front Rubi axle and the factory wiring harness. I cut off the wiring clip with some wire off it and ran it to a toggle switch. Worked great so far.
So what are some good switches to put in there? To wire the axles to I mean. I have never had to pick switches before. And once I'm done would I have to take it to the dealer to have something flashd so the lockers work? I thought I heard that somewhere before

The answer is, run the lockers off of an aftermarket toggle switch. Not only is it less expensive but it gives you more control over those lockers too.
