just tried to install the brackets, the instructions said to use the stock bolts that hold the mirror bracket on but they will not work. the threads in the cover for the old mirror location are M7x1.25 and the stock torx bolts are too big, I am heading to the hardware store in the morning to try and match something up but if I cant find something in black I am shipping the kit back.

just a heads up. mine is an 08 maybe 07's are different.

anyone else run into this with the kit?

 

There was some sort of cock-up at the factory, so the RR doesn't accept the factory Jeep torx bolts... I need to find a bolt that will fit mine.
