very easy i have no pics but it is a very simple switch. the only thing is that on mine (full steel doors) the pass. side mirrors view is cut in half when the doors are on. still worth it in my opinion if you go doorless often

The brackets are cake to get on. Chrysler changed the mirrors slightly in 2008 and they can be a real pain to get out of the old brackets. You'll need something like a long punch and a dead blow hammer. The new version are pressed in there VERY tightly.

I just put these on the other day. However, I do not like the passenger side being on the windshield frame at all. It's all but useless even with the door off.

The pic isn't that great but it should give you an idea of where they mount. It really is easy to do.

I had some trouble getting the mirrors out of the old brackets, but with a long screwdriver and a hammer got them out, and yes the passanger side mirror is cut off some but just go to your local auto parts store and get one of those convexed mirrors and stick it in the outer corner, and you will be able to see down the side of the vehicle again. Small price to pay to be legal.

Ya tell me about it. I actually installed these today. Very tough to remove . What I did is took the longer bolt from the door and threaded that into the mirror hole and used a hammer to persuade it out. A little wd40 helped. Be careful not to strip out threads.

I'm surprised at the reports of difficulty getting the mirrors out. Mine came right out after I removed the bolt.
