Does it rattle around at all?

 

Mine doesnt rattle at all. A tiny bit of noise when the jacks in it. Just have to open the tail gate all the way before lifting the glass up.

 

How do you re install the hinge covers?

 

I have this setup. It worked pretty good with the caveat of watching the rear window not smashing into it. The covers just snap back on. Not a tight fit, but they do snap on. Mine didn't rattle when I had it on. Took it off though when I switched to the LOD bumper.
