Rugged Ridge Wheels, Offset?

Rugged Ridge Wheels, Offset?
I noticed that rugged ridge lists their wheels as 12mm of offset. From the pics Ive seen it looks like they stick out pretty far which makes me think they are -12mm offset. Can anyone confim which is correct? Thanks.
