Default Rugged Ridge XHD bumpes paintable??

I have no experience in custom paint but for those who do, can these bumpers be painted with the factory finish? Considering getting these but wanted to see if it is possible.

They come powder coated. Are you planning on stipping it off? Or just painting over?

Personally, I just keep a couple cans of this for touchups...

x2 on the duplicolor.

The RR bumpers come with a very heavy texture and may look funny body colored. (Thoug line-x color matches and it looks good) it would be hard to get all of those nooks and crannies filled with the paint too. If you wanted to paint it I would get a paint stripping wheel for a drill or angle grinder and bring it to bare metal before painting.

I used the same on my front bumper and I am very happy with the results.

Was also considering the ARB bumper. The smooth finish from what I see in pics would be a better bet for painting to factory color.
