rust problems

Default rust problems

Anyone have and spots where it tends to rust a lot so I can try to prevent it

No the door hinges, went to jeep to have the repaint. Told the will foward and get back to me.

Anywhere you have a made a penetration it's going to rust, I would keep an eye on those areas.

Ha well yea but like under the door where you put the rock sliders I wonder if the road rocks and salt will rust it out wondering if people have that problem or any others to keep in mind

Move to AZ, we got allllll kinds of old Jeeps n trucks out here without a spec a rust on em, seriously though, the door hinges are not really rusting, its a reaction from dissimular metals, I've seen 2008's out here lookin pretty good other than the door hinges bubblein the paint on the hinges only. People are takin them off, sanding real good or sand blasting them and bed lining or paintin them black. I'm gonna bed line mone when it happens and if they fad I will gloss black spray paint the bed liner. oh yeah, I was serious about the numerious old jeeps and trucks out here without rust.

I'm actually terrified to know how bad mine is. Next summer I'll pull it sand scuff and POR it because everything under the damn rig rusts so fast.

I wish ha I live in buffalo where they love to use salt and after like 3 winters u got rust it sucks but I want to prevent it the best I can
