How is the ride with the Rusty's kit? I am torn b/t this kit and the OME, but for the $$ the Rusty's is a more complete kit with the adjustable TB's. Also, I am going to go with 35's, and the Rusty's seems more compatible with 35's than the OME from my research.
My Jeep is daily driven 60+ miles a day and I really do not want to feel like I'm riding around in a CJ. I can make due with a little sacrafice in comfort, but not much!! Let me know your experiences!! Thanks!

I have the OME HD and if I had to do it over again I would go rusty's.. IMHO
I did quite a bit of research and spoke to several on the forum about Rusty's and heard NOTHING negative same for OME. Just for the saving I would go rusty's...3.25" I gained 4" in front and 3.5 in the rear and I have no aftermarket bumpers... YET. Just my opinion....
I love my Rusty's kit. Very happy with the ride, although yes, it is stiffer. My jeep is also a daily driver. This kit provides great flex and is just an awesome kit. If you want to see it on the trail you can in these videos:

Now, I installed the base kit and was happy with it. Although, you lose trail in the front end so I highly recommend you install the adjustable lower front control arms as well.
Another point, you should plan on also installing the adjustable rear upper control arms, this will allow you to correct your pinion angle and note chew through your drive shaft.
Front Arms: $180 (I spent the extra $19 on the forged flex ends.)
Rear Arms: $200
Main kit: $550
SO complete total is $930, but look at all the goodies you get!
Yes, you can piece it together, that is what I did. Main kit first, then front arms, then rear arms. Works out fine. But, this is where I ended up when all was said and done.
Tada:

I have the Rusty's 2" kit, but my thoughts on it should be somewhat similar if I end up moving up to the 3.25" kit (which I have considered...)
I really like it for what it is and the ride is only slightly rougher. My only problem has been with the shock bushings - They were made of cheap rubber and I lost four out of six in the past 5000 miles. (only one trip wheeling). I'd recommend getting some Energy Suspension 5/8" hourglass shock bushings and putting them in to start with. That is what replaced the old bushings and they have held up quite well. Considering that they are only $4 per pair, you can put them in to start with and not have to take your shocks out later for $12. Money well spent...
My only other regret is that I didn't just get the 3.25" kit to start with.

I based my internet thrown together frankenlift on the rustys system and paid less for it.
Check my sig for awesomness, but basically it has springs shocks track bar front and rear! And it rides awesome at 4 inches. If I wasnt so goofy about tweaking my own custom lift I would have bought the rustys lift.

I have had mine on for less than a week so take that into consideration. Previously I had the TF 2.5" BB with rubicon shocks and TF shock extensions.
The Rusty's kit in my opinion rides much softer than my previous setup. Much more comfortable ride than I had anticipated. When I added the winch and bumper I got quite a bit of drop in the front. So much so that my bumpstops (with TF extensions) were less than an inch from the axle. I was constantly bottoming out on the bumpstop making for a less than pleasant ride.
On to the shock bushings.....I lost 2 in the first 200 miles. Rusty's is sending me another set with no questions asked but it is kinda frustrating. I may have to try and find the energy suspension ones.

For anyone who is looking for the Energy Suspensions bushings, I got two packages at 4wd and the other I picked up at Autozone. I think Daystar also makes some better quality bushings as well, but when I lost the first one I was on vacation in Colorado and the Energy Suspensions ones were what 4WD had in stock at their store.
