I'll chime in.... I havent seen their products for the JK. BUT I had their 4" lift with all of their arms on my old XJ... and the damn things were stout... 2.5" OD .120 wall DOM tubing (if I rememeber correctly). Thing with rusty's is that they reused the factory rubber bushings instead of going the super joint / johnny joint / heim joint route... which is no biggie.....

The Rusty's don't have the fancy joints like others, but they are still flex joints in the fact that they will rotate on articulation. I have seen them on XJ's and must say they are very heavy duty. I wouldn't hesitate on putting these under my Jeep, just don't have the money.

Although I can't speak for the JK parts, I too have Rusty's lower arms on my 6"JK. As a matter of fact they've been on for about 10 years now, and except for changing out the bushings once, they've been great. I can't say having to change out the bushings once in 10 years is anything bad.

Thumbs up

Running Rusty's 3.25" lift and control arms and haven't had any problems. If you do get a Rusty's 3.25" kit, at least get the lower front arms so you can adjust the caster without disturbing the axle mount end cut outs for caster cam bolts (the other way to adjust caster). You need to get the correct caster adjustment or you will be all over the road trying to keep up with the wandering!!!
