I have Rusty's FLCA's on and they seem to rattle over rough roads(my gravel drive)! I re-greased and re-tourqed them and still the same rattle. Even though the bolt hole is a little larger than the 9/16th claim, them appear not to be moving on the axle bracket.

Rusty's CA's you can set the preload on them and I have them prety tight. I was just wondering if the cam inside is hitting or are all flex joints make a rattling sound?
