Unless your springs are so worn out that they're collapsing to coil on coil just sitting on the ground I doubt they're blown out to the point of worrying about them. Even a "lesser" quality brand lift paired with quality shocks like Fox will make your rig ride fine, I have a Skyjacker lift with Fox 2.0 reservoir shocks and it rides just fine with plenty of flex.

Add some quality shocks and see how it rides and flexes. If you're happy after that then look at just a long arm upgrade kit and save yourself a bunch of money, that's what I'm doing.
