Default Sahara 18" Wheels

I know there are a lot of us who got the Sahara with the 18" wheel option, who would like to upgrade tires but keep using this good looking wheel. The Bridgestones are great for a stock tire and measure out to 32" but it would be great to bump up in size and get a more aggressive tread pattern (By the way, the H3 uses the same Dueler RH-S tire in a 285/70 R16 that would have been perfect if you could get it in a R18 size).

What have those of you who have gone 33" and bigger chosen to use? Your input and pics would be a great resource!

Yours are the powder coated black ones aren't they? Those look awesome! That is one of the main reasons I want to keep my 18"'s is to powder coat them. Black Soft 8's would be cheaper, but I would hate not to use the stock wheels.

i have 35" Kumho's on mine. do a search on my screen name and you will find pics. If I could have got that same wheel in a 17 though I would have gone that route. I think the 17 would look better on my 2dr....

I have 35x12.5 Coop STT's on mine. There are allot of 33 and 35's for the 18's. Try Cooper (my preference!), Toyo (nice, but bigger and allot more $$ and harder to get), Truxus, Nitto, BFG's, Kuhmo, Hancook all make em as well, there are allot out there, you just have to dig a little...

I'm in the same boat as Osclib2. I have the 18" wheels on my Sahara. Have found several 35" tires but can't find any 33's.
